Refund Policy: " NO REFUNDS PERMITTED. If client cancels. misses or is a no show to the session no refund or reschedule will be permitted. If client needs to reschedule, a 48 hr notice is required and accommodations will be made.
If Denise cannot reach the client within 10 min of the start time of the session, she will email you. If still no connection is made after 10 minutes into the session. Denise will cancel the session. " Denise will call you at the time of the session " 
Refunds will only be honored if Denise cancels the session.

Please be prepared and know how to use ZOOM and familiarize yourself with your webcam software prior to session.
